He is a highly qualified professional, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies (Hons) from the esteemed Kyambogo University. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and professional development, Mr. Fredrick also pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the renowned Uganda Management Institute.

With his extensive educational background and expertise in procurement and marketing, Mr. Fredrick plays a crucial role in driving ELOIM’s success. His dedication, knowledge, and strategic approach make him a valuable asset to the company’s procurement operations.
