Eternal Life Organization International Ministries (ELOIM) is a group of people passionately committed to improving access to healthcare, education, justice, rehabilitation and environment climate change  for communities in Africa.

Our Commitment

We aim to restore the dignity and hope of those we serve by helping to provide humane conditions and services which help them to regain their dignity. We build and refurbish village medical and educational facilities to provide innovative services and work to change the attitudes of the societies we serve.

To bring dignity and hope to men, women and children in African communities through health care, education, access to justice and community re-integration.

Hope for an African Child, the ability to restore the rights and position of an African Child.

We are a Christian based international organization, following and celebrating our Lord Jesus Christ, working with the poor, orphaned and oppressed to promote human transformation, justice and witness the good news of the kingdom of God.

Our Values

In order to achieve our objectives, ELOI Ministries has established a Fivefold core values above which are enlightened into nine core organizational values. For consistency, these are set out below:

Integrity, transparency and accountability

These underpin the approach of all Organization Departments, management and support staff to their duties and responsibilities. All Organization personnel are expected to be truthful, reliable, and accountable for their actions.

Equity and fairness

Important principles that underlie ELOI Ministries’ human resource management and development objectives, policies and programs. ELOI Ministries is an equal opportunity employer that believes in implementing a responsive performance-based reward system to attract and retain highly competent and motivated personnel.

Empathy

This entails getting concerned with and contributing to the resolution of problems of individual internal and external customers that may have either a direct or an indirect bearing on the smooth operation of the Organization.

Community Focus

Refers to ELOI Ministries’ conviction that the community/client constitutes the primary reason for the organization’s existence. ELOI Ministries’ approach to program design and delivery, therefore, seeks first to respond to and satisfy identified needs of the different community segments that are served by the Organization. ELOI Ministries will be guided by the principle of providing value-for-money to all its clients.

Teamwork

Key to the successful achievement of ELOI Ministries’ endeavors, right from the sharing of a common vision, mission, and objectives to the mutual support that individuals are expected to extend to one another to ensure cost effective implementation of planned activities.

Professionalism

This demands, inter alia, a thorough knowledge of one’s field of endeavor as well as demonstration of skill, high ethical standards, and respect for ELOI Ministries’ clients and other stakeholders.

Flexibility

Requires the Organization to design programs that meet the expectations of the community by taking into account constraints such as professional commitments, family commitments and distance.

Sustainability

The sustainability of this Organization is guaranteed on grounds that “knowledge is power” and that this knowledge can be transmitted from one person to another. Equipping the people with knowledge will reduce on ignorance first, and guarantee them with long life for sustainable development.

    Our Story

    Eternal Life Organization International Ministries (ELOIM) was founded in 2007 and duly registered in 2009 under the Non-Government Organizations Registration Statute 1989.Reg No: 2687 and USA UBI No:605-030-804.

    ELOI Ministries is non-profit making organisation that runs technical and vocational training centres, medical missions, bible colleges, orphanage centres, worship centres, schools of ministry, libraries, crusades, seminars, conferences and mobile clinics.

    Uganda has been through several Humanitarian Crises including Civil Conflict, Food Crisis, Floods, Refugee influx, Persistent Droughts, Human Trafficking, HIV/ AIDS Pandemic etc. This has left the People in Uganda in Great Need of Resources, including but not limited to Medical Resources to help with major effects these crises have had on the overall Health of the Nation. The objective(s) of ELOI Ministries is to restore hope to the helpless thus transforming lives for the better and to promote the socio-economic welfare of Communities especially the Disaster Affected People, Destitute Children, Orphans, People staying in Internally Displaced People’s Camps and families affected by HIV / AIDS.

    Pr. Tendo Steven

    Since 2004 , ELOI Ministries founded by Tendo Steven, has been able to transform a number of lives of young people, widows, orphans and destitute Children through mobile medical care, bible studies, provision of formal education , grooming and advocates for the rights of the children of Africa. Steven’s team feel so blessed and touched as they witness firsthand the hope and joy the children have found in Jesus Christ and Eloi Ministries’ experience.
