Mr. Apollo Kitaali is the pioneer Board Chairperson at ELOIM and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) and Masters of Science in Computer Science all from the prestigious Makerere University. With his wealth of experience in Consultancy.
Mr. Apollo is the Lead Consultant at Lot Quality Assurance Sampling. He also served as Lead Consultant Web Based Local Government Performance Assessment system (2016), Consultant- Project Lead in Scale Data and Management System project (2012-2013), DFID Consultant Network Adviser 2010 Census of Population and Housing, Systems Supervisor at Uganda Bureau of statistics (UBOS), Network Administrator still at UBOS(2002), Deputy Chairperson ECAR IT Managers Network CARE Uganda, ICT Supervisor CARE International Uganda (2005-2010), Systems Architect In Scale Data Entry and Management System Project.
In short detail, Mr. Apollo has well developed Information Technology Governance and management skills, Systems Thinking and Systems Integrator skills and specialist knowledge in information security management. He is also a member of Global IT Council CARE USA, ISACA Kampala Chapter, McAFee Product Advisory Council (PAC), A Gathering of Curious Minds (TED.com).
Mr. Apollo has specialization in Computer Information Systems Architecture, IT Strategy, expert knowledge in Strategic-Negotiations skills, SLA Analysis and Design, Systems, Project and Program Management, Program and Project management.
Mr. Apollo has a deep interest in working with vulnerable persons. He has special interest in Justice and education for these persons. He is of the belief that vulnerable persons are capable of being attacked or criticized. They expose themselves to danger intentionally or unintentionally. Their defense measures are compromised or are lacking.
