Simon is a professional graduate teacher with 41 years of experience in the education sector. He served as a Head Teacher for several years under the Ministry of Education, where he provided exemplary leadership and guidance to both staff and learners.
He is the founder and sole proprietor of Simex Vocational Secondary School in Kayunga, an institution that integrates the national secondary school curriculum with practical vocational training in fields such as plumbing, carpentry, motor vehicle mechanics, tailoring, and more hence preparing students with both academic excellence and employable skills.
Alongside his work in education, he has faithfully served as a priest in the Anglican Church for over 30 years. Though retired, he continues to dedicate himself to spiritual and community service, impacting both the nation and beyond.
Through his work at ELOI Ministries, Simon brings invaluable experience in education, leadership, and pastoral care. His wisdom, mentorship, and deep commitment to service strengthen the Organisation’s mission of transforming lives through faith, education, and community development.
