Martha is an accomplished corporate lawyer (2021- present), education leader, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in founding and managing schools and businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kampala International University, an MBA from Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (Management) at Uganda Christian University.

She is the Founder of Zion International Christian School (2023- date) and previously served as Director of Maryhill Junior School (2017-2021), where she provided leadership in compliance, curriculum development, administration, and community engagement. Beyond education, Martha is a serial entrepreneur from 2018 to date, having successfully established and managed four ventures with 82 employees across 19 locations, driving operational efficiency and business growth. As a practicing corporate lawyer, she advises on governance, compliance, risk management, and supports start-ups with legal frameworks.
