Jane is a Certified Midwife with over 40 years of experience in midwifery practice and more than 35 years in private healthcare practice. She is the visionary founder and proprietor of All Good Samaritan Medical Centres, a healthcare network comprising eight branches fully registered by the Ministry of Health. The centres provide integrated medical services that include maternity, antenatal and postnatal care, labour and delivery, family planning, laboratory services, curative treatment, breast and cervical cancer screening, dental care, immunisation, and more. These services are offered on a 24-hour basis, ensuring consistent, reliable, and compassionate healthcare delivery to communities.

Beyond her work with the medical centres, Jane has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the health sector. She is serving as the Chairperson of the Drug Shop Owners and Operators Association for 16 years and an active member of the Uganda Private Midwives Association for 24 years, contributing to the growth and regulation of private healthcare practice in Uganda.

As a Board Member of ELOI Ministries, Jane brings her wealth of professional experience, governance skills, and a deep passion for community health. Her active involvement strengthens ELOI Ministries’ efforts in community health awareness, maternal care, and expanding healthcare access for vulnerable groups, enabling the organization to broaden its reach and impact.
