Samuel Kibi is the pioneer Board Chairperson at ELOIM holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Uganda Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts with Education from Kyambogo University, along with several certifications in Project Planning and Management. With over 15 years of experience in humanitarian relief and development, Samuel is a strategic, results-driven leader with expertise in program design, strategic organizational growth, partnership development, and advocacy. His work spans long-term development, emergency response, and advocacy projects across East Africa.
He has strong expertise in grant management, proposal writing, and adolescent life skills programming, with active networks in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Kenya. Samuel has led large teams and managed program portfolios with budgets up to $850 million during his time at World Vision Uganda.
Currently, he serves as Country Director of Life in Abundance International Uganda, overseeing strategic leadership, program delivery, resource mobilization, external engagement, risk management, and staff welfare. His previous experience includes senior roles at World Vision and Plan International Uganda.
With a proven track record in program design, grant management, resource mobilization, and strategic leadership, Samuel brings strong networks and practical expertise that will significantly strengthen ELOI Ministries’ impact and sustainability.
